Bought kids tickets by mistake

For our February trip. I somehow managed to buy a kids ticket for my husband. He’s definitely not going to pass for under 10

Is this something I should take care of now or can we just get it handled at the ticket booths when we arrive?

You can call and get them upgraded. You will just pay the difference.

Normally they will not make ticket changes over the phone, they will tell you changes can only be made at the ticket booth. I would go ahead and make a reservation with the ticket, and then visit the ticket booth when you arrive. If you are planning to enter the parks on the first day in the morning, try to go to the booth the night before, lines are much shorter in the evenings.

I upgraded our tickets over the phone. It was to add days. The tickets we had, became knull and void. They just reissued new ones.

This happened to us last fall and we didn't notice until we got to the gate. (We had bought the tickets in the app as we drove down from WA. Not sure why to toggled to kids but alas it did. My son, daughter and wife all had scanned through and the CM finally caught the mistake when I ran my ticket. It was a quick fix at the ticket booth and we went right back to the gate we were at. It forced us to "cut" the line but the CM had told us to come directly back after getting the ticket fixed. Glad you caught yours now and were able to fix it over the phone.
