We are scheduled to fly out of Boston on Jetblue Sunday night. Do you think flights will be affected by the snow? Does Jetblue work with you when bad weather is coming? We are cruising on Monday so we don't have a lot of wiggle room.

jetBlue works with you - check their website every hour or two for Alerts at the to of tge page - but right now this is supposed to be a dusting to a couple of inches. In other words, manageable. But the instant you see an alert go up that lets you change your flight with no penalty, jump on it.

Thank you. We have never flown on Jetblue. What types of changes can you make - time, airports, days? I thought it was only supposed to be a little but both weather.com and accuweather show it as more. Hoping for the best.

Keep checking JetBlue's website. Their FAQ help page About cancellations and delays is worth checking. The conditions for making changes will be posted on their website if the weather gets bad enough to cause major delays or cancellations.

Total potential accumulation at Logan from Saturday daytime through Sunday daytime is four inches: up to one Saturday, two Saturday night, one more Sunday. In all likelihood, you'll be fine.

Weighing in here. :)

I'm sure there will be no snow problems. But what about wind? They're talking wind gusts up to 41 MPH and sustained winds of close to 30 MPH. Could they be grounded due to wind?

Delayed, maybe, during the gusts - but not grounded.

Right now (and for at least the last ten hours), the only travel alert jetBlue has on their website is letting Seattle passengers know the ticket counters have moved to the north end of the terminal while security and the departure gates are still at the south end, and a few associated warnings.

JetBlue will work with you, but you need to check their website to see if they are offering anything due to the winter weather.
However, that being said, if there is no availability they can't do much, and this is school vacation week.
We were stuck in Disney in August 2011, because of the hurricane in New England JetBlue cancelled our flight home on a Saturday, and the next flights with available seats weren't until Wednesday.

We're going out tomorrow afternoon and I'm worried. :( A delay would really put a damper on our already shorter than I would like trip. If we arrived a day late, would I lose my room deposit for that night, or is Disney accommodating for weather delays?
