Borrego Springs

Hi there, planning a trip to Borrego Springs after a couple days at DL. Anybody have personal experience/recommendations with any of the hotels? They all have pretty decent reviews, but looking for something a little more luxury, relaxing accommodations. No kids on this trip, but I'm not necessarily sure if I want an adults-only hotel either.

Also would love any area restaurant recommendations folks have.
