:thumbsup2So, I picked up those amazing deals on the Boost phones at Target yesterday AM. My store only had two of each model and I bought the only 2 of the flip out style phone. Both kids have really wanted this and I figure, since they don't really call anyone other than me or their Grandparents, it would be cheaper to have them on this then adding them on to my cell plan.

My question is the minutes. How do you handle the minutes? I am going to do the .10 a minute deal. Are there ever any specials? When do they expire? Do you like it? Any help would be appreciated.!

Would love to hear from someone about this, too. MyDD currently has a Tracfone with double the minutes and we load it with $100 every year and she is good to go. Texts are 3 per minute and she texts more than talks. She wants a "cooler" phone, though. Tracfone doesn't offer much in terms of the phone itself. I went ahead and picked up a new Tracfone at Meijer yesterday for $6 that has a camera. It's a small upgrade from her current phone and at a nice small price! She really wants a phone with a keyboard for texting though. I noticed Boost has some nice phones.
