So I've seen a lot of threads about books. So here's one where you can talk about favorite ones, ones you want to read, and even maybe get some reviews of books. No spoilers on books (unless put into the white font).
I'll start:
Some of my recent favorites are
The Twilight Series
The Other Boylen Girl
The Bolyen Inheritance
The Constanst Princess
The Queens Soprano
Tuesday's With Morrie
For One More Day
The Five People You Meet in Heaven
Gossip Girls/It Girl
Anthem
Sloppy Firsts
Second Helpigns
TTFN and the other one...which I can remember the name of

Ok discuss

I love books.
I asked for about 30 books for christmas.

I'm reading The Da vinci code at the moment and "Death of an ordinary man."

I am also hoping to get Water for Elephants for christmas. I've heard alot of good things about it on the CB.

I heard they are very good. But they are so hard to get! Like my school has no more copies(I dont think), and my English teacher doesnt and another local library doesnt. The LL has a waiting list of 17 people! I was like screw that! I can wait. lol

But I also love reading. But the book has to immediately catch my attention or forget it. :p

Im currently reading Jemima J by Jane Green. Its very good! It has a lot of sexual content in it and it has cuss words and its very detailed but its amazing! Im going to try and finish it tonight. Its about 300 some pages.

I also just read Someone Like You but I forgot the author. Another very good one!

My favorite book is Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson.
A TB'er actually recommended it.

I am currently reading "Blue is for Nightmares" by Laurie Faria Stolarz
It's a seris; White is for magic and then Red is for secrets.

It's really good.I was confused by it at first, but it's getting good.

I really want to read the Twilight Seris and this book about The Salem Witch Trial I saw at Barnes and Noble.

After Blue is for nightmares,I am going to be reading Hacking Harvard.

I've been looking to pick up Speak...I've heard good and bad things about it.
What was it about...roughly?

I love Nicholas Sparks books. He's then one who wrote the Notebook, & i also read a lot of the Dear America books. There my favorites. Its suppose to be a diary of girls that lived in different periods of time. They have like one for the girl who kept a diary during the Oregon Trial, the Alamo, Civil War. They have alot of them I love learning about the past. i dont know why but that interests me.

It's a story about a high school girl. She's an outcast because of what happened at a party in 8th grade.
I don't want to give it away, but trust me it will be well worth your money IMO.:goodvibes

Right now I'm reading Extras and Dramarama. Dramarama is really good. It's about two kids who go to drama camp for a summer, and it's overflowing with references to Broadway (the two characters have a two page convo about how someone isn't like Kristen Chenoweth, for example lmao), which is probably why I like it so much, lmao.

I just finished reading that about a month ago.
I loved it.

Twilight was great.
