Bookings online vs calling in

Today I called to question a few of my dining reservations.
The CM I spoke with told me the call in hours changed a week or so ago.
They now answer 9am to 5pm and staffing has dropped to 28 CM's from 80 something.

I guess the internet has cost a few people their job

The change in hours was posted in a thread here, but no one knew the exact date for the change. Good to know that it has officially happened.
