Booking with Dreams Unlimited

If I booked a room with DU, would I receive a Disney confirmation number and the Disney reservations confirmation sheet in the mail? Or is everything through DU? Thanks!

No, you don't receive anything. And you can't look up your reservation on the WDW site either. I tried. But, I have been very happy with my DU person.

Everything is through DU. Under the client service section you use your quote number and pass word to access your information. DU does provide you with Disney's confirmation numbers for resort and PS's.

I am thrilled with Dreams. I booked in early Jan. and today my sister booked. I managed to alert my agent that she was looking for a quote. So she pulled it and sent my sister her quote and now my sister and I have the same agent. '

Makes planning much easier for us. I have not had any problems with Dreams at all. When I make payment.. it shows up as Disney on my statement.

I would use them again.
