Hi, we are thinking of doing a split stay in two Disney hotels, would I be better off ringing Disney UK personally to book this rather than book online? there doesn't seem to be an option to do this - only to complete each hotel and dates separately.

Also, we aren't sure yet whether to hire a car or not (for our whole visit) so would it be better to book the Magical Express option now and then cancel at a later date if need be; is it ok to do this?

And finally (phew!), when booking our Hotels do you have to pay a deposit or the full amount? and do Disney UK's prices change at all? with us not travelling until next April should we wait a bit longer? :confused3

you pay £50 each if booking hotel with disney uk

We hire a car so not sure how magical express works

Their prices do change but i think the prices are4 good till the offer ends which i think is dec

In regards to Magical Express we booked this when we booked our trip. A few days ago we decided we were going to hire a car afterall so I just phoned up Disney UK and cancelled our ME booking without any problems.

:thumbsup2 Thanks to you both for the info! it's handy to know I can book the ME and cancel at a later date if necessary :)

Was wondering the same thing myself! We're considering doing a week at Disney (and then a week elsewhere to do everything else), however, like you we aren't going until next year (May to be exact). I don't wanna book now incase any offers or anything become available for May (I can hope!) so we're probably gonna wait a while!

Yes, I'd rather get our Hotels sorted out soon though, as our flights & Cruise are already booked. We'll probably do as orangetiggs suggests and just pay a £50 deposit each for now. If prices do happen to go down between now and April it might be worth our while to cancel & rebook as the cost over 17 days only works out just over £8.80 a day. I've not booked through Disney before though so I don't know how often their prices tend to change, if any. The balance is better off in our account for a few months longer! ;)
