Booking with banked points

Can I book with my banked points on line or do I need to call member service's to ensure banked points are used when booking.. Thanks Susan

Yes, you can use banked and/or borrowed points to make reservations online. You cannot usually use points that have been transferred into your account for online reservations since they won't typically show up in your online account.

For reservations involving transferred points or One-time-use-points you will need to call MS.

I just did this and first I banked my 2013 points. Then I made the reservation which took all my banked points and some of my 2014 pts. Super easy.
