Booking with AAA. Confirmation #?

Sorry, I couldn't think of a better place for this question ...

In another thread, I noticed that someone mentioned that some TAs can't give you a reservation-package confirmation number ... as in, the same thing you use when making ADRs with the 180+10 perk.

Does anyone know if AAA gives you a confirmation number? DH loves them and insists we book with them (we did for our honeymoon). Back then, though, this wasn't an issue. (Ten years ago!)

There are a few ADRs we feel strongly about that might be a little trickier to get with that glitch. I really don't want to have to stress about it!

Any advice appreciated.

I haven't used AAA for years, but when booking with Orbitz or Expedia ( can't remember which) there were two numbers. They had their own number and the Disney # on our paperwork. If you don't have the Disney # now, I'm sure AAA can provide it.

I always use AAA to book Disney trips, last trip was in May. After you book and pay your deposit you will get your reservation number from the TA. I always call the dining number (407-WDW-DINE)and book my own ADR's directly but you do need your reservation number.

We've done it both ways, but wanted to go with AAA this time in part because a friend (who works for them) recommended an agent who's apparently a Disney GENIUS. Since this friend is already a serious Disney fanatic herself, I know she doesn't say that lightly ...

I just book my vacation for next year with AAA and the agent ave me a reservation number. I then came home, went to the disney site and entered it in and it shows all the details, counts down till my trip and I will be able to make my ADRs when it is time.

I usually book myself thru disney direct, but this year booked with AAA and saved a lot of money! We are able to see our reservation online as well.
