Booking Window Clarification

I called MS this morning to check on availability for an upcoming trip. I'll be getting two villas, both checking in on 11/27, staying two nights in one villa and just one night in the other.

I knew I couldn't book it now (it's not a resort where I own), and I figured I need to wait until 4/28 to book one villa and until 4/29 to book the other to be within the 7 month window from the check-out date. However, at the end of the conversation the MS rep said I could call back tomorrow to book one of the villas. Of course, what he said really didn't click with me until I had hung up already. I've never made a ressies right at the 11-month or 7-month window before, so now I'm confused.

So.... what are the dates I can call for ressies on a check-out date of 11/28 and a check-out date of 11/29?

this is a popular time - she was probably trying to tell you - that you need to make your reservations day by day.

Call tomorrow make the first day and ask!

If you are using the 7 month window and :
checking out on 11/28, you may call on April 28
checking out on 11/29, you may call on April 29

I think MS just misunderstood what you wanted to do. From your post, I read that the first night you are staying in either villa is 11/27.

Ok... so I'm not crazy. April 28 and April 29 were the dates I had in my head for when I should call. Hopefully the availability will still be there when I call!
