Booking two rooms

I have a couple of questions on booking two rooms.

1) If I put both of them in my name at first can I switch it to my brother's name and his credit card? If so when can I do this. I want to book a couple of rooms this week and my DB is about 80% sure they can join us.

2) Would we get two "Mickey Mailouts" if I have them both under my name and cc?

3) We plan to stay on later than my brother and his family but 2 of his kids woll be in our room. How does that work?

1. You cannot book two rooms under one name. You cannot change the lead person's name on a reservation; you have to cancel and start all over again. However, he could cancel before the 45 day mark and get his deposit back with no penalty; only penalty would be in he purchased trip insurance.

2. The lead person on each reservation will get the Mickey mail. Doesn't matter how payment is made.

3. You can add them as long as you do not exceed the room occupancy. You did not say how many people were already in your room. They can upgrade their tickets for the last few days at any time after first use (everyone in your brother's room will have to be on the same package, if they go that way). If you need ME, you will need to notify ME that they need a trip back on your reservation, not the original reservation, but you must add them to your room in order to do this.

We were able to change the name on our package in 2010. My dn decided not to go on day 47 before our trip. I called and they took him off . It took a bit of doing but we still kept all 3 rooms. They just changed the room into his brothers name as he was the other adult on the reservation.
