Booking through quidco

Having an issue booking through the disney website (having clicked through quidco but doubt that's the issue). Everything is fine until I try to pay then comes an error no matter what card I use. Anyone else had this issue.? When we phone disney they say everything is fine and can book (without cash back). Bit at a loss as the cash back is well worth it?
 
Are you using a debit or credit card? All the issues I have read like this have Ben with Debit cards so if possible try a CC.

Otherwise reboot and try again.

Unfortunately tried debit, credit and amex with no luck!

Also tried 5 different devices all with the same problem. All very odd.
 
Daft question, but are you currently in the UK, or in your home country, or are you in a country other than your own ?

a guest recently had issues trying to book while on vacation.
Their IP adress did not match the country of issuance of the credit card, so the Mastercard system blocked the transaction.
 
I had a similar issue making ADRs last year. I phoned and they had to reset something then I could use my card.

Im in the channel islands so that may be the problem as could be flashing up as non uk.

Do u think disney will offer to do anything on the price. Emailed them but no respomse yet.

As i dont login during the booking process idont suppose there is anyway for me to adapt. May try and use a uk based card tonight as that may work

I was trying to buy tickets online a few days ago and it kept coming up with an error with my card. I gave up in the end and am going to do them all next week now (was doing half) Was just going to phone up. I didn't try going through Quidco then but remembered earlier about going through them so would rather do online if I can.

Hi I used my brothers card as he lives on the mainland and all worked fine. I think my post code confused the system. My card would have worked fine by phone but obv wouldn't get the quidco. Just changed the address to ours post booking
