I am planning an 8/05 Wonder cruise and have heard Costco offers a decent price. Has anyone used them? If so, any feedback? Thanks.

Pat

I'm on hold with them right now to see about the California cruises. My expected wait time is greater than 30 minutes. :earseek:

I've used them for our previous 2 cruises and found them to be the cheapest fares around. There were no problem booking through them.

Thank you both for responding. I'll wait and give them a call after the Ca. rush!. Thanks again.

I just got through - will post the fares when I get them.

On hold with Costco for 45 minutes, just got through and they said they are unable to get through to Disney and had to take our information and call us back. Thank goodness I'm still on hold with DCL 59 minutes and counting!!!

Sorry 'bout that- as for the original question- I don't think their prices can be beat. I booked a 4 night with them and the price was excellent- Also have been doing some comparison shopping for a 7 night (several off-season dates) and they have been the lowest everytime.
There service so far has been great.

Ended up booking on the DCL CC line, and will transfer the ressies to Costco (and hopefully take advantage of their discount) after we actually decide if we can afford this! (I was in the "Book-first-ask-questions-later" mode this morning!

Same with us. Booked with Castaway Club this morning. Costco just called and the price will be about $1500 less if we have the reservation transferred from Disney to Costco. I will be doing this tomorrow. I am waitlisted for a Cat 3, but as I understand it all Cat. 1,2 and 3's won't be released until tomorrow so we'll see.

momto2dkids..... who was your TA at Costco? We haven't heard back from them yet, Marlene was ours. $1,500 is great! We have used Costco for both our previous DCL trips and they are the best. Did you book CA-FL or FL-CA?

lotsofboys-

I talked with Travis this morning, after I had booked directly with Disney to see what the price difference would be. He was only able to take my information, since they weren't able to get through to Disney at the time. Stacy called me back within a couple of hours and quoted me the price. At first the price she quoted me was about $175 more than Disney. When I told her thanks, but that their price was more than Disney. She said she had just gotten off the phone with them and knew the the prices were increaseing pretty rapidly as the day went on and the ship filled up(we wanted the 14day Fl to CA repo cruise), especially for 3 adults and 2 children in a Cat4. When I explained that there were only 2 adults and 3 children, she laughed. Travis had [accidently] listed my 18 month old as a 18 YEAR old which increased the price quite a bit. The price went down further when she realized had had already booked a room at the lowest rate this morning(about 20 minutes after they opened) instead of the price she had just been quoted two hours later.

So final will be about $1500 less than the original quote Disney gave me that morning, but still about $3000 more than the 7 day we are booked on for the Eastern April 30-may 7. My husband is pretty excited about the 14 day repo cruise especially since it still stops at Castaway Cay, his favorite place, and it goes through the Panama Canal, so I have a feeling I will be transferring our deposit from the Eastern cruise to the FL to CA cruise first thing tomorrow.

Best wishes for you. I'll pray Costco calls you back soon. If they don't, call and ask for Stacy( I don't know her last name). Please let me know how everything works out for you.

I don't have a TA from Costco. I just talk to whomever answers the phone. I have talked to Travis a few times. (He thinks I'm a pain in the butt- but he has been great to deal with ) ;)
