Booking straight thru Disney?????

If you book thru DIsney do they automatically apply any new deals to your offer or do you have to contact them each time?
If so why book thru them when this is a service DU provides and you are not paying for long distance calls each time

Some people prefer to handle their own. Others like to use a good Disney savvy agent like DU. Also, I though "long distance" calls were a thing of the past. My cable phone is good for unlimited calls to all the US states, Canada and Puerto Rico. I forgot there were such things as long distance calls!

Disney will NOT automatically apply discounts to your package. That's one reason I use a DU agent for my WDW trips, even though I don't use travel agents for any other vacations that I plan.

I like having control over my vacation plans, I know what I want and
when I want to get it done. I do not like to wait for others to do things
for me so that's why I do all of my own booking thru Disney. I've done this ever since my 1st trip without any problems. Plus my cell service has free
long distance. It really doesn't take that long on the phone anyway to get thru and get things done.
