booking rooms with vouchers? possible?

Hi all. My friend is going to Disney in March. She is getting an AP because she will be going to WDW three times this year. How can she book her room and get the AP discount? I dont think you can buy AP's at the Disney store anymore, so if she does it online, and the send her vouchers, can she then book her room with the AP rate? Thanks in advance.

I already had an AP when the new best rate thing started.. so I dont know what do to if you want to do it but dont have the AP yet.

You can log on to the AP website using the numbers on the voucher. Once you've logged in successfully, you can book a room at BRP rates, provided there are discounted rooms available for their travel dates and at their preferred resort.

If your friend hasn't recieved her voucher, tell her to call Disney's Central Reservations Office (1-800-828-0228) Mon - Fri between the hours of 2pm and 5pm and they will be able to book it over the phone for her. I did this earlier this week w/o my vouchers having arrived yet because I was getting worried about them arriving after the 60 day deadline had past. The CM i spoke to said she could book it no problem and that I would need to show either my voucher or my activated annual pass upon check-in.
