Booking Request Question

I just booked my first ever DVC stay at the Polynesian, we booked 2 rooms and we want to request them to connect. There wasn't anywhere I saw to do this on the reservation and I can't find a modify option on the website...do I have to call in to make that request? Thanks in advance for the help.

You can call, e-mail, or chat. Know that the odds are good but not a guarantee. Make sure you have 'traveling with' on both reservations.

As mentioned, it's not a guarantee that your request will be granted, but with 360 studios, only a handful of which don't connect to another one, the request has a very high probability of being met.

You will need to contact Member Services in some fashion (phone, email, chat) and have it noted on both reservations.
