Booking Rental Car Through HotWire

Anyone ever book their rental car through Hotwire? I am tempted to do it because it will save me a considerable amount of money. But want to hear feedback first!
 
I've done it, no complaints.
It was a better experience than expected, and as you mentioned a better price.
