Booking question

I need to get all the info to my MIL so she can book our trip in July (I want to book as French but we live in the US) and I was wondering do I need to book the Good Morning Fantasyland Breakfast at the same time as the package or can I call later to book the mornings we decide on for that? Can I also add character meals later?

It is normally easier to book GMFB at the time of booking, although you will not know what day you have been allocated until you book into your hotel

You mean I can't pick which morning I want? I was planning on doing 2 mornings out of the 3 we are there.

It depends who you book with. With some Travel agencies you are only allowed one but If you book direct with Disney , you can choose your days and as many as you like.
