If you have a travel agent named on your OBB placeholder, can you book directly or do you have to go through the TA & have them book?

Also, we stayed in a Deluxe Family Room and this time we are considering two staterooms. Will we only get the discount on one room?

Yes, you can go through the TA to book it. The TA will call DCL directly to make the reservation.

If you only booked one placeholder, then you only get the discount on one room.
