Booking Palo & Excursions for two separate stateroom reservations

Hi everyone! I have a stateroom booked for myself & my mom, but I want to book a table at Palo for four people as I am traveling with another party of two. We also want to book all of the same excursions. Will I be able to book for everyone?

I believe my travel agent added a "traveling with" to our staterooms, but I don't see any indication on the app regarding that. Is there a place on the app to verify that?

We have one silver member in each room.

Just got off the Fantasy a week ago. We traveled with my mom. She was in a separate state room. Our reservations were linked. In the app I was able to look at my reservation then while in the the app switch over to her reservation. On line and on the app there was a drop down to switch between our reservation and my moms reservation.

We are Platinum she is Silver so we were not able to book Palo Brunch for her when we were able to book ours. When she was eligible to book Palo it was sold out. On embarkation day I went to the dinning changes location on our ship to check on Palo reservations and added her to our table. Being Platinum we did not have to pay for Palo however my mom did. We had the server put her bill on our room reservation so we could pay for her brunch plus the tip.

As far as booking onboard activity's we were able to do it for her however it was on her app as a reservation but showed us attending together.

As far as excursions we did not book any.

Your reservations have to be linked. When you log into your reservation can you see theirs? If you can then you can book for them cannot see theirs then you cannot book for them

And again, they have to be at the Castaway level(s) that can be booked. If you're Gold and they're Silver, you have to wait for the Silver window to open.

Thank you, no I definitely can’t see their reservation. I will try to call to see if we can link them together.

I hope it’s something that can be done after the fact.
