Booking online

We are scheduled to be in Disney July 4-14. I want to make a back up reservation for the middle of August just in case

Every time I try to make the new reservation the session times out. Is anyone else having this problem? I really hate to call if I don’t have to

I was able to just update my reservation with a new room type, which is the same process. It was being very glitchy and I got an error page trying to do certain things, so it doesn't look like MDE is having a good morning.

I might try a different browser or on your phone if you haven't already, or you may just need to wait it out.

The system is probably overloaded with people trying to cancel/reschedule their april trips and/or giving up on May.

I love to book over the phone. I can only imagine how tough that would be now trying to talk to a person. So many people having to cancel. Re book. Etc

Finally was able to book online. Still hoping for 4th of July trip with FD, but now I have a back up

Hate to say, but August may be your better bet, so you’re covered! I have early Aug booked, fingers crossed. I hope it will be safe by then.
