Booking online with transferred points?

Next week my 11 month booking window opens and I want to book partially using points I transferred from one use year to another. There are 140 original points with a October use year and I will need to use 25 transferred points that have an September use year. Will I be able book online using the transferred points? They do not show up on the website, but MS has assured me that the points are there to be used.

Nope, you'll have to call to book. Transferred points can only be used online if they match your home resort and use year exactly.

You will have to call to use the transferred points for a reservation. MS can see them, but they are not available to the online system.

My advice would be to go online at 8 am Eastern and book as many nights as you can with the October use year points. Then at 9 am Eastern, call MS to finish the reservation. Since you are booking at 11 months, the night(s) at the end of your stay should still be available for MS to add (assuming you were able to book at least 2 nights with the October use year points and call MS that same day).
