Do you have to call 407 WDISNEY to get a discounted rate?

A couple of people asked about this on the FAQ but there didn't seem to be an answer.

A couple of people asked about this on the FAQ but there didn't seem to be an answer.

Are you attempting to book with a pin code? If so, then yes, you have to call. If you're intending to book with one of the general public offers, then you can do it all online. Or, do you want to ask if a pin code is attached to your name? In that case, you can call to find out.

Thanks for your reply. I don't have a pin, just a code. There doesn't seem to be a place on disneyworld.com to plug in a code. For instance, the Summer Time Savings of 15%-30% off regular "Rack" rates for the general public. You're supposed to use code TD7. But you'd have to phone WDW reservations to do that, I assume?

No, you don't need to enter a code on the website. Just click "special offers" which will take you to the "summertime savings" page. Then click "check availability". You can plug in all your info and find out the rate and then book right there if you want to.
