Booking Online Question

I have a reservation but 7 month window is coming up...I know you can book online at 8:00 and call at 9:00...

In order to book online can I switch my current reservation for the new one or do I have to cancel it first...Then hope the other one stays available

If you do not have the points to book the new reservation and require the points you are currently using; then yes you will have to cancel the current reservation and book the new reservation.
NOTE: Some DISBoard members have reported up to a 5 minute wait for the points system to recognise the cancelled reservation points are available. I have not encountered this problem.

I can confirm that I've had to wait for my points to go back into my account after cancelling. I actually had to log out and log back in before the points were back in my account and available.

I also have never had to wait for points to be returned to my account after cancelling a reservation.
