Booking Online or Phone?

I haven't been to Disney since '08 and they did not have dining reservations on their web site. Which one is best for getting the "hard to get meals" such as Chef Mickey's and Le Cellier online or over the phone? Cindy's is not important to my family. I'm going in May '11 so my window doesn't open up until November but I love to plan, plan, plan!!!! Thanks for your opinions in advance!

we found it much easier to book on-line..the person on the phone made me feel like it was a hassle to check each day we were there to see if Le Cellier was available... She said it wasn't.
funny enough I went on-line right after and put in a date range and was able to book LE Cellier 3 times!!!!!!!!!
