Booking On Line - how long for a Response

I submitted a reservation request on Friday at approx 8:30 a.m. via the DVC site. I still have not heard back. Can anyone relay their experience onhow long it usually takes to hear back?

I have used this twice. It does take a day or two. It is a email process. If you are trying to book a popular time or a hard to get Cat., I would make a call. I mainly use the online system to add the DDP or make a request. I will say that I did have success with both of my online reservations. I was well ahead of the time I was wanting to stay 10 - 11 months.

We've used online reservations several times, for booking at our home resort (SSR) outside the 7 month window. Never had a problem, but it does take about 48 hours to get your confirmation email. Then about two weeks to get the printed reservation by snail mail (never have understood WHY it takes so long to get them).

Did you check your Vacation Details on the members' website to see if the reservation has been made?
