I am looking at going back on the Magic Summer 2019, this will be cruise number 4. This time my BIL and family want to come too for their first DCL experience. I have said I am happy to book both Staterooms at the same time in my name.

If I book both staterooms with my Castaway Club details will both rooms benefit from the Silver Status benefits (earlier check in, booking port adventures etc) or do I still have to list one of my family (all silver status) in each stateroom to get the benefits.

Thanks!

Someone of silver status will need to be in each cabin to get silver benefits. Have fun!

You can book both, but they won’t both be in your name. There will have to be an adult in the 2nd stateroom listed as the lead name. If your whole family has silver CC status, you can book one of them in BIL’s room — maybe swap a kid of similar age from each family, or an adult, to keep pricing easier to figure out. They can swap back for sleeping onboard. Just know that whomever is booked in the other room will need to attend the muster drill with that room.

Enjoy your cruise!
