Booking HH at 7 months for late May/early June?

Really thinking about only heading to Disney once next year. After 4 trips this year and canceling our Dec trip, I just feel a bit Disneyed out. We are only 4.5 hrs from HH and thought that would make a nice trip for late May/early June next summer. We would need a 1-2 bedroom. How hard would it be to book this size acco. during this time period?

We like going to VB in late July but wouldn't want to make 2 trips down to VB in the same summer.

There should not be much a problem getting a 2BR at 7 months at HH for May/early June. With so few 1BRs and Studios, those might be a little more scarce, but even they may have availability right at 7 months and with the waitlist.

You will love HHI! We just got back last week and are already planning to return. It's a beautiful resort and you will enjoy breaking up the WDW trips with something different. We love WDW, but Vero Beach and Hilton Head are such great alternatives. I spoke to several people that love going to HHI in May and September and said they rarely have trouble getting the week they want at the 7 month window.

Good to know. HH would just be so convinent for us. We have only been to this resort once and that was in 99 with a hurricane coming so we dealt with alot of rain so we spent half of our trip in our rooms. I'm excited to return and check out the island. Any recommendations on activities or dining. Our group will probably be myself, dh, boys 18 and 16, girls 3 and 2.

We booked 1 bdrm for June 07 at 7 months. I don't think much has changed. Just be diligent and book ASAP.
