As title says - can you still only book FPs for 2 weeks at a time if staying onsite? We are there for 18 nights so I'd love to be able to book in one go. Some people have reported booking more than 14 nights, but others haven't had much luck :confused3. This hasn't changed recently has it?

I think you should be able to book FPs for the length of your stay if onsite - after all WDW accom isn't cheap and clearly is costing more the longer you stay! :lmao:

As far as I know the first 14 days unlocks at the 60 day mark from check in and you will then need to do day by day after that.

I think booking 14 days in one go is enough considering how fustrating it can be ;)

Also you need to remember that we are not the main target audience for WDW - the average resort stay is 7 nights and even the majority of Brits still do the traditional 14 nights - this means by allowing 14 days FP booking they are probably covering more than 98% of their guests :goodvibes

Yes, I am thinking it will be frustrating but intend to just do the same for all 6 of us and then worry about the finer details later.

On the reverse of what you are saying about most people staying no more than 7 days, then I guess it wouldn't hurt to let those who are staying longer book for their total holiday - they aren't going to gobble up all the FPs! But then, I appreciate that also comes down to system overhauls etc which as you say, for the amount of people who it affects, isn't worth it! :faint:

I fear that I am going to have to go back to the drawing board again with my plan (argh it's getting silly now) as I think my FP Anna & Elsa day is toward the end of our stay and so after my 14 days!!! Therefore chances of getting the FP 'on the day' are slim unless I want to get up at 5 am!! :scared1:

I got up at 5am (on a Sunday!) and still didn't my first choice day for A&E - I had prepared for this and had a back up day too :thumbsup2

I did however only do that day and went back to bed and did the rest later :rolleyes1
