Booking Fantasmic Dining Pkgs

I hope to book a Fantasmic Dining Pkg for our HS day in January. Does this have to be done over the phone or can it be done online? I keep checking, but my date is not available for booking even though I'm beyond the 180 day mark. It wasn't available on the 180 day mark, either, so I don't think it is a sold out problem. It won't allow me to select any date in January.

It can be done online.

Maybe it hasn't loaded for those dates yet, it's possible.

Last Wednesday I booked it for January 29 at Hollywood & Vine so it's strange the you're not able to. We ended up canceling because we didn't realize that all three meals at H & V are character meals and we're not really into that. The last time we were at WDW was 2013 and dinner wasn't a character meal (if I recall correctly). So, I guess we'll make our own dining package and eat at 50's Primte Time and get a FP+ for Fantasmic.
