Booking excursions we are Platinum friends aren’t

We are on the Fantasy in April traveling with our friends. Because we are Platinum, we can book excursions before they can. My question is if we all want to do one together, can we book it for them? Any idea how we can do it? We have already had our reservations
linked for dining.

They won’t be able to book their excursions on the platinum date unless there is a platinum cruiser in their stateroom.

We have the same issue for our February cruise. We are Platinum, friends are silver. We do have our dining linked, but my only options are to book our excursions and hope they get it as well, or book a private excursion that I can book all of us together. This might help you? The other bummer is that they will most likely get a later boarding and we can't board together. Last time we wanted to board with our low number and waited a long time for them to get onboard. This time we will just meet them onboard.

One thing you can do in the future is to book one of you into each room with one of your friends. With a platinum cruiser now in each stateroom, everybody will be able to book excursions at the platinum date. Once onboard, you can get extra keys for each of the rooms so both you and your friends will be able to stay in your own rooms. Thank you all for your replies. This is what I thought, but wanted to be sure. I am not too concerned if we have an earlier boarding time, since this is their youngest sons first cruise. If we are already on board, we will be able to video them being announced.
