Now that DLP have the offer for winter, when I looked at the end of last week for the dates that we have chosen in March, it was £420 for Sunday to Thursday. This is the same price that has come up for the last few months, so I wondered why the offer hadn't applied and made the holiday a little cheaper. I went back in and added an extra day Sunday - Friday and it was coming out at the same price, so i thought that was the deal being applied.

I logged in today and the Sun-Fri price has now gone up to £564 and I'm baffled as to why. The Sunday - Thursday price is exactly the same at £420 - so now I'm really confused :confused3

Anyone got any ideas?

Just to update you, i'm querying this via the live chat on DLP website and guess what? Everytime I ask the question as to why the offer disappeared..... the chat operator disappears too! :confused3

what dates, which hotel, and whats the make-up of your party (we could go have a look by doing a dummy booking, see what offers are coming up for you).

8th - 12th March, 2015 @ Santa Fe or Cheyenne, price was £420 but last week when I put in 8th - 13th March, 2015 price was £420 also. Yesterday it was £564.

After a lengthy discussion with another person via webchat, who tried to tell me that it was the room I'd chosen that had pushed the price up (even though I hadn't selected any special rooms) If I'd have taken a print out and could prove it then they would honour it, as it was I didn't :-(

Now to decide whether to book with this offer or wait.......

it looks normal to me (ie as it should do with the current offer) 4 nights gets you the £420 price with 2 nights free, and 5 nights gets you the £564 price, with 2 nights free?

i've just had a look at the French site for the same dates to compare (they are running 35% off instead of nights free) its coming in at 548 euros, around £440, so it looks like the £420 for 4 nights on 2 nights free would be the correct price (ie around 38% discount on the full price).
