i know that if you book online you have to pay the full balance upfront, which we cannot do as we only have a small limit on our visa card. If i book over the phone can you pay a deposit and then send the rest in by cheque?

Yes, we booked over the phone and only paid the deposit when we booked and the rest of the balance closer to the holiday.

It was very easy to book over the phone, we also pre-booked BB, tea-party, character breakfast and 2 GMF's at the same time we booked.

We booked over the phone for our nex trip and as well as working out cheaper, especially with shareholder's discout, the guy I spoke to was very friendly and made the booking process the pleasureable experience booking a holiday to DLRP should be.

We've booked over the phone with no problems.

Once booked from a pay phone on our french camp site in the days before we took mobiles abroad. The girl in the call centre could hear birds singing & wondered where I was.

Always found staff helpfull tooo.

Disney owl, am I right in thinking you visit Berny riviere campsite quite a bit (sure i have read something in your trip reports), we visit quite often and are doing 9 nights there before DLP in October
