Here's our sitch....
11 of us are traveling to WDW together.
1 family has Deluxe Dining Plan...
2 families are POP using TIW

Is it possible to book a reservation at CRT together using both of these methods of payment?:confused3
If so, how?
If not, can 2 seperate reservations be connected so that we can sit together?

:scared:

I don't know what to tell you other than good luck!

I would definitely call Disney and see what they suggest.

You can make one reservation for all 11 people, but you will have to call in.

I think your credit card will be charged at the time you make the reservation, but it will be refunded when you present the dining plan and TIW cards.

For CRT or anytime you dine together, just let the server know who will be using the dining plan and who will be paying OOP with TIW.

At CRT, the price includes the photo package, but TIW will be calculated on just the food.

Thanks! Next Thursday is our mark to book! Hope everything for a well. I must admit that I am not happy that I will be the one putting this on our credit card and getting reimbursed in August! Oh well!

You don't have to call anymore. You can now book large parties online. This is my second year for booking a prty of 12. It is so nice to be able to do it online.
As for CRT if you connect the reservation w/ the DxDDP on it to your CRT ADR you won't have to pay for it in advance. Just when you got to check in to your reservation tell the CM some are using the DDP and some are not. We always go on the DXDDP and rest of our party doesn't. This is how we do it. Good Luck
