Booking at 11 months with 2 home resorts

We currently own three contracts with two different home resorts and I’m having trouble booking at the 11 month window for one home resort.

Our original contract was a resale at SSR, then we bought direct at SSR and now we have a resale contract at BWV. When I go on the DVC website it only allows me to book SSR at the 11 month window.

Shouldn’t I be able to book at BWV at the 11 month window mark? Has anyone else experienced this? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

If your BWV contract is a different user year than your SSR, then you have to make sure to select the right membership in the drop down menu when you are searching for availability.

Thanks for that tip! I didn’t think that this would affect anything.

I was searching for availabilty from the homepage initially and the correct membership ID was selected but, I wasn’t able to book. When I went to the book a vacation tab and tried it there it did work. I’ll make sure to book from there in the future. Thanks again!
