Hello everyone! I've been through the boards and couldn't find an answer for what I am looking for. My DH and I travel to Disney often but we are going with his family next year and I have been asked to plan the trip.

We will need 3 hotel rooms and want to stay at All-Star Movies. Can I add everyone to my personal MDE account, book 3 rooms and assign everyone to the right rooms? Some of the members do not have credit cards so wouldn't be able to book their own rooms anyway. I also cannot find a way to do this online (unless I am missing it?). Or, do each of the families book their own rooms and then I link them in my own MDE for things like fastpasses and dining reservations?

Thank you in advance! Honestly, it would be easier if I can just book all three rooms and assign the members to each of them as I don't think they would want to use MDE anyway.

You can book each room, but it must be done separately, and you can only be the lead guest on one of the room. The easiest way to do this would be to call Disney and book over the phone, this way you can let them know you are traveling together. Once they are booked, then you can link all of the bookings to your My Disney Experience account if you want.

Thanks, plutolvr! That is what I thought ... I'd have to call and book 3 separate rooms. Maybe I can convince my relatives to make their own MDE accounts, book the rooms and then link them all together. This would keep the room reservations separate but I'll still be able to easily book fastpasses for all of us.
