Booking and Dog vaccinations questions

We will be staying at POR at the end of the month and we are thinking about taking our dog with us. We have booked a standard room and when I booked I mentioned we may bring a dog. The person I spoke with said that I would just need to inform them at check-in that I have a dog with me, is that right? Also, she is fully vaccinated for what our vet requires but I wanted to make sure that there isn't something she may need that is required in Florida and not Missouri. She's never received the Bordatella (never boarded) or flu vaccine, is this something that she will need?

Well it is currently a pilot program at 4 hotels including POR. Dogs that are allowed to stay in guest rooms will be expected to be well behaved, leashed in public resort areas and properly vaccinated.

"6. I understand that all pets must have up to date vaccinations and inoculations and I must be able to show records of such vaccinations and inoculations upon request. Requirements: DHPPv/DA2PPv, Rabies and Bordetella."
