Booking airlines through WDW travel when parties aren't traveling together?

I have a trip booked through WDW travel for 2 adults but held off on airlines since we are traveling from different states. The on line booking doesn't give you the option of buying separate tickets for each party from a different place of origin. I understand I can add it in later and book Magical Express at that time. Can I book the air transportation through WDW Travel Co.? I'd like to add it all to my package. I thought there used to be a live on line chat with WDW travel Co but couldn't find it to ask there.

The last time I booked through WDW Travel I actually booked over the phone. I booked people from several airports. But again this was over the phone. I am not sure that how you could do that online.

I had to book over the phone with WDW travel. I was trying to get it added in with my package so I could make payments on it, but payment for the airfare is due immediately and in full. (Also non refundable, eek!) They did set up Magical Express for us and the people I spoke with Petronilla and Zachary were both very helpful and patient with me and filled all my requests.
