Booking a wdw tour question???

Hi
Just wondered if anyone knew:
1) The opening hours for the WDW tour telephone booking service.
2) What is the proceedure?
3) Do you pay when book, we are DVC members and I believe we get discount.

7am EDT

2) What is the proceedure?

Call 407-WDW-PLAY and listen to the prompts for what you need.

3) Do you pay when book, we are DVC members and I believe we get discount.

I know for Keys to the Kingdom, we had to pay at the time of booking. I'm not sure of the policy for the other tours, but I would believe it's the same.

Sorry to seem thick but what does EDT mean?
I am in UK !
Are they open weekends?

EDT means Eastern Daylight time: ie the time it is in Florida.
Being in the UK you are five hours ahead of EDT. Therefore you would have to wait until noon (your time) to call Disney.
The tour number is the same as Disney Dining. 1-407-566-5858. All tours have to be paid in advance at time of booking, by credit card, you must state that you are DVC owners to get any discount that is available to you.
