Booking a Private Mixology

i was on the Fantasy back in 2012 and we were part of a DISBOARDS mixology course that was for just our group of 25. I am looking to coordinate one myself for our next cruise with fellow Dis'boarders, but i don't know how. I've googled...nothing. I reached out to Disney Cruise Line and they replied they do not offer group mixology courses for pre-booking. I know that's not the case because i was part of one and we had all the details prior to sailing.

There are two ways to book these classes;
1. If you are in a group (Group Cruise meet) you can email DCL 30 days prior to sailing and reserve for your group.
A minimum of 25 guests to a maximum of 35 guests/adults per class/session (Depending on which class/tasting), and the appropriate fee per person and each participant will be charged automatically to their onboard account whether they show-up or not.
You will need to provide each guests full name and stateroom number or reservation number at least 2 weeks prior to sail date. You can also request for the time and dates you prefer.

2. On embarkation day head to the Guest Services and ask them what alcohol tasting they offer on board and they will give you a ticket. It is also indicated in the navigator.
