Booking a Disney World Package Through Costco - Perks

I noticed that booking a Disney world package through Costco (on-site resort and park tickets) was slightly cheaper than booking directly from Disney.
I am wondering if it is essentially the same in terms of perks? Is there any downsides or anything I won't receive if I book through Costco? For example, I am really interested in receiving the magical extras card with the mini golf vouchers, the Disney vacation package lanyard and pin, etc.

Booked a Costco package but stayed at the Dolphin. Did not not receive any lanyards or pin and only bought base tickets. If you buy the tickets that include water parks and sports they include mini golf
