I'm thinking of booking 2 studio rooms at OKW over a 2 bedroom villa. Would we have decent odds of the rooms being in the same building? And for sure not having one room on Miller Road (our favorite area) and another in Turtle Pond area? We love OKW, but were actually thinking of BCV for something different, but it seems there is too much risk of the rooms not being at all near other. I was thinking since OKW is so big, we'd have a much better shot of them being near each other and hopefully in the same building?

when you make the reservation request that the rooms be in the same building. make that your one request - and maybe it will happen. (no guaranteeds)

I know Disney never guarantees, I'm thinking though they would make every effort to keep people on the same reservation together? I read at BVC sometimes they just can't, so I was asking about the chances at OKW being better because they are so much bigger. Anyone have any experiences at OKW with this?

Whenever we have reserved more than one studio, we have requested they be "near" each other. We have done this several times without any problems at OKW.

We have had them either: 1) right next to each other, though this is rare, and only in the "U" shaped buildings 2)On top of each other 3)Opposite ends of same building -or- 4) in different buildings but still very convenient (for instance one in bldg 19 and one in bldg 20)

It really should not be a problem. Just remember that there has to be at least one 18yo adult registered in each room.
