Booked with a TA

My family booked our trip with a TA (we never do). Now we need to add someone but cant get a return email or call from her. She is the only one who can change this right?

Yes. Only the ta can make any changes to the reservation.

Can you call her general number? If she is unavailable, maybe she has someone able to cover for her.

I just had this happen - 2 months later still no word and I started getting worried because final payment is due. I decided to email her corporate office and leave them a message. I am now working with a different TA from their company - still no word on why my TA went MIA.

I don't really care as long as someone capable helps me finalize things and my new TA seems to really know what she is doing.
