Made a beautiful spreadsheet this morning, with travel times, departure times, color coded, park hours etc. A decent amount of blank space too, which is nice. Looking forward to some blank space!!! We'll probably take the kids over to the Boardwalk Community Hall for a bit at some point. That tends to be one of their favorite activities. It's shocking how something so... free... at Disney is sometimes the highlight! Babysitter is booked for two nights, lucky us

It looks like we will have to entirely give up on the dream of a newly renovated room. Word on the street is that none of the villas have received renovation yet, which is a total bummer. I actually scheduled the trip to coincide with the reno, in part--but we'll find a way to enjoy ourselves, I'm pretty sure!

On to finalizing the packing list. I have about 4 drafts scattered around and piles of clothes set aside but I have to get some bags zipped!

well to be honest I had mulitple spreadsheets over the planning time, but the color coded final copy that got packed was completed

I still need to condense mine or print it on legal sized paper so you are both ahead of me for sure

What I do is I print each day any set times we have - ADRs, FP+, any shows particularly we want to see. This 4-8 line sheets i then laminate and that way I have a handy card for each day so I don't have to reference my phone if I need to.
