Booked thru DL..? on tickets.

Hi - We booked our trip thru DL. Staying at HOJO's and purchased the SO Cal Pass. We are all paid up and have been for about two months. We leave on June 24.

When will DL send me our info? And regarding the So Cal City Passes... what will I be receiving? Will I have to exchange passes for actual tickets? Can I do that at the hotel or do I have to wait to do it at the DL gates? And how would I go about adding two more days to the 3 day hopper pass (IF we decide to do this).

Same ? for the Zoo, Universal, and SeaWorld?

When you say "when will DL send me our info?" do you mean your park hopper tickets? When did you book?

Last year when I booked park hoppers on the DL site, I received the email PDF immediately.

If you bought the passes thru Disney it is usually two weeks prior. Once you are there you can go to CS to add a couple of days. Not sure on what the resort hotels let you pick up anymore.

Did you buy everything thru Disney????

I guess I mean everything. When we booked WDW in the past, we received a packet in the mail prior to the trip with "vouchers" for the hotel, tickets, etc...

I have my emails from DL, but it's only an "invoice".

We did book everything through Disney. HOJO's and the So Cal City Passes.

So you booked a package? If so, they should send things out shortly after the time that final payment was due to be made (sounds like you paid early).
 
We booked through AAA (but it's really administered by Disney, so same as booking direct). We got our stuff via UPS today, and we leave 3 weeks from tomorrow. I believe 3 weeks is the standard.

Thank you! We leave 5 weeks from yesterday so I guess I have a couple of more weeks. Have a fantastic trip!
 
I just received ours this week and it was sent via UPS and does require an adult signature. Disney seems to send them approx 3 weeks from arrival.

I received my package from UPS yesterday... exactly three weeks from when we leave.

Our SoCal City passes and our Disney Park hopper tickets were all in there. Does anyone know if I have to have those activated? Or will they just "work" at the turnstiles?
