How can I take advantage of the Disney website if I didn't booked through Disney?

Get the Disney Cruise Line booking number from your travel agent. It's often listed in the confirmation email from the big online agencies. Create an account on the DCL site, and link your reservation to your account using the confirmation number provided.

Your travel agent should give you your disney cruise line reservation number and then you can go online to see your reservation, and when it's time to do online checkin, book port adventures/Palo/character meet and greets, etc.

Any payments and/or changes to your reservation need to be made through your travel agent.
