?:Booked on phone w/Disney, why can't I pay online?

We booked our upcoming Dec. Trip last Dec. through Disney on the phone. Up until now, I could always log in and see how much I owed and had the option to make a payment before. Now that I actually am able to make a payment, I can't, the option does not come up on the web site. When I log in, it gives me the info on our resort and room type, but no totals of money paid/owed and nowhere to make a payment. Can anyone help? TIA

Can you get to the payment area? I have to click through several screens to get to the place to pay. The website is very confusing. I have to click on my conf # several times to get all the way in, even thought it doesn't seem like it should.
 
Are you sure about that? I booked online, and all of my information is Walt Disney World Travel Co or something like at. I called the regular travel office number for WDW today when I had a question on my reservation, and they were able to help me just fine.

And where did you get that idea. The Walt Disney World website IS owned and operated by WDW. Do you really think Disney would want your information with anyone else? Disney cares about your privacy. :earsboy:
 
Oh, and when you make an online payment the payee IS Walt Disney World. :confused3
 
I have found the same thing to be true and I was very dissapointed. :guilty:
I used to be able to get on, see my balance and what I payed, and yes, there was a payment button to the left. But I liked getting to see what transactions had gone through.

I just made a payment on the phone yesterday, and realized afterward that I have no real confirmation that I actually made the payment expcept through my bank. I feel insecure about this and would hate to get there and find out it had not been posted.... :earseek:
 
The website says you should be able to make a payment thru "My Disney Vacation", but I have not been able to relocate the specific page. Just now, the site was not even able to pull up the reservation.
 
I've been having the same problem!
I have 2 ressies (split stay) one I booked online, and other via the phone.
The one I booked online will not let me pay the final balance until I check in! I called and asked if they could add money to it, and was told 'no' because in their system it looks like I"m all paid up. I got the CM to log in to my WDW online account to see what I was seeing (that I owed $305), when he saw that was correct, he put me on hold only to return and tell me I could only pay when we check in. I really would prefer to pay ahead of time!
The other ressie that was booked over the phone was for the WL (and I could see all the info, money owed, ect...) I changed the ressie to the Poly and now I see nothing. All I see when I click on the ressie # is the old ressie number, the new ressie number, our names and a picture of the Poly.
I would really like the print off copies of both ressies with payment info on it, but I guess I won't be able to.
 
I am also experiencing the same issues as all of you. on 8/18 I could see the invoice, payment info and balance due. Now it is gone. (glad I printed it) I also have had trouble getting into the ressie, it only worked once out of 10 times. :confused3 I would love to be able to pay online. I hope the feature returns.
 
I was able to make a payment just fine yesterday online, but I did book online. I guess I shouldn't say just fine--I was almost charged three times! (but it didn't, Disney caught the error and it never processed, but I was sweating for a minute!) :scared1: I do have a MYW package.
