Booked My Free Southwest Airlines Flights

DH and I both applied for separate cards last month and we just got the e-mail with our free flights and we're booked for our October trip. Love the DIS! The four of us are flying round trip for $158 total (2 x $59 annual fees + 4 x $10 Sept 11 Fee) So glad I heard about this on these boards. Last trip we paid $216 each.

I have not been able to figure out how to book mine.did you have to call them?
also I received 4 codes? are they meant to be used as 1 ways(x2+ round trip?) because I would love to fly into 1 city and fly out of another. help anyone?

The e-mail was confusing, so I did call and got a very helpful lady who booked them for me. And yes you can use them as one way, I specifically asked because my sister is planning to do that and I wanted to make sure it would work.

You got me curious so I checked, my first purchase was 3/1 and I used it the day I got the card. I don't even have a statement yet. I would say you should see any day now.

My first purchase was 2/23. I just got my statement, but have received no info on the free flights. I thought we were supposed to get credits in our southwest account not an email? I called Visa this morning and it turns out they were missing the last two digits of my Rapid Rewards number - so that's been corrected. She says I should see the points I earned just for the purchases made within 7-10 days, but the round trips she thinks will be in credits because I joined before 3/1. She says those take 6 -8 weeks (from first purchase?).
She says the info on the free flights should be on my next statement.

Uugh, I'm getting a little concerned because we are going the week of July 4th and I don't want to wait to long and have there be no seats available!

btw, I just did the regular 2 round trip offers, I didn't see the other one that had gift cards until later.

so annoyed- just called SW and they have no seats left on the days I want to travel that I can use my certificates for!!
