I booked CRT for dinner on a Sat night at 5:40, the park is open until 10. My DD is not a breakfast eater and is a night owl, so I figured dinner is the best. I just went on another website and I am now confused, are the same characters at dinner and do they come to the tables. Is lunch better interaction than dinner? If so, I want to change it ASAP before they offer any possible free dining for Sept! TIA!

You don't need to worry. Back in February it was changed so that the princess characters will be the same for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thye used to just have the fairy godmother and mice circulate at dinner, but now you will see the princess rotation. It should be the same as lunch, only with better food (IMHO).

Thanks! Lunch is still open for the same day and wanted to book ASAP if I made the wrong choice.

I would love to do breakfast, but I know DD will only eat about $1 worth of food. We went to Tusker House a few weeks ago and she only had a bowl of strawberry yogurt and a glass of apple juice!

Just went last week for dinner, and it was fab! We went during Wishes and that was spectacular!

Food was very good, and service was best of our trip - we've eaten pretty much everywhere on property, multiple times, and this was very enjoyable. One of the best servers we've ever had! As usual too, CRT always gives the kids extra food as they let them order their entree, and usually always bring ice cream sundaes. As well, the kids get wands and swords to keep.

I have some questions since it has been a while since we have done crt for dinner. Do the characters continue to circulate during wishes or do they stop beforehand? And would a 9:30 adr work if you want to be in the dining room during the fireworks? Also do they still take pictures with Cinderella before taking you upstairs for dinner? :confused3 Thanks in advance for your help.

Characters - They just started circulating the princesses last month for dinner, so this is something new. So, since we we had just been seated (Wishes was at 10:00), we didn't notice if the characters were circulating as server was taking our order and we were watching Wishes. Sorry, I can't give you specifics on that.

Cinderella - You still get the photo package as part of dinner, so you do that once you enter. Nothing about this part has changed.

ADR time - The time of your ADR in order to view Wishes, depends upon when Wishes is playing. It changes times, depending upon the season, you need to find out what time Wishes is playing for the night you want to atend.

HTH, Tiger :)

I've never been inside CRT, because my dd hates princesses (she's a tomboy--Stitch is more her style, LOL). I really want to eat in the castle though--for the experience, and to do something "different" after so many trips.

I didn't know you could see Wishes from inside the castle?! I realize you probably can't see all of it, but can someone tell me what it's like to be inside there during wishes? I think that sounds really cool. Since we've seen Wishes many many times, it's not important to have a "perfect" view or anything, but I wondered how much you can see. Oooh, can you see Tinkerbell from there?!

No, it's impossible to see Tinkerbell from inside. You don't get to see all of the fireworks either, as you mentioned, but you get to see a good portion of the show, and they pipe in the music too, so it's a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed it! Tiger :)

Thanks Tiger926. Wishes starts at 10:00 the night we will be there. My concern is that when we did this several years ago, it took so long to get through the picture taking process that by the time we were seated it was a good 40 minutes later. I'm not sure if this is the norm or if they were just running slow that night. I would like to be seated by the time the fireworks start. Do you think that it will be a problem if our reservations are at 9:30?:confused3
